too hot ... and that is unusual in Soria:) so sorry for the laziness and as I work up the courage to leave a starter next entry simple.
Too bad the picture has become so bad, do not believe the looks I think you'll like. I saw on the blog Nieves Dulce y Salado which in turn took Tere Goose soup. photos both considerably better than this by the way ;-)
Ingredients:
8
crab sticks chopped 200 gr. Media
chopped shrimp chopped fresh chives
1 clove garlic, minced 1 egg
juice of half a lemon (I rather less) minced parsley
Salt Saffron (or food coloring)
breadcrumbs (to achieve an appropriate texture)
flour (which required 6 tablespoons or so)
1 teaspoon baking powder 1 dash of beer
Preparation:
- Pour into a bowl of chopped ingredients (sticks, shrimp, onion garlic and parsley) mixing so that it is well integrated.
In Thermomix: I chopped the onion, garlic and parsley to speed 5, lowering the remains attached and I added the shrimp and chopped sticks. Make speed 5 a couple of seconds. - Add lemon, salt egg and removing the source or in the same glass of Thermomix.
- Add the flour, yeast and beer until we see that the dough has enough consistency.
- Put some breadcrumbs also not to abuse the flour and add food coloring.
- Leave for one 1 / 2 hour the dough in the fridge to handle better and go casting spoons in a pan with hot oil, lowering the temperature to drop them to avoid excess browning. Go
- taking on absorbent paper to soak excess oil and serve hot.
You can make small mounds or flat like pancakes in the photo, my advice to be tiny because otherwise the batter will be raw inside.
